Nikon D700 Features
The D700 Picture Control setting is very similar to D3 and is equally comprehensive. You have four standards ‘image control’ presets (standard, neutral, vivid, and monochrome) plus the ability to load and save custom sets. The customization options provide wide latitude for immersion, contrast, and saturation, as well as brightness adjustments. The ‘ Quick Settings ‘ feature allows customization related to sharpening, contrast, and saturation.
The control layout on the right side above the camera is identical to the D300. On the right side, you will find a power switch, shutter-release button, exposure mode, and exposure compensation button. On the front and rear edges of this camera, parallel to the shutter-release button, are two command buttons (with soft rubber lining).
